Stephen Alleway, Co-Founder
Stephen is a transfer pricing advisor and ex Big 4 Partner, based in Switzerland, who has more than 24 years of experience in the field of transfer pricing.
He has acquired broad experience in managing global projects for MNCs covering initial transfer pricing reviews, intangible property structuring, service fee concepts, principal structures and business model transformation as well as in the development of defence strategies for local tax audits. Stephen has gained transfer pricing experience in the UK, Australian, and Swiss markets.
Peter Andersen, Co-Founder
Peter is a transfer pricing advisor in The Netherlands with more than 25 years of experience in transfer pricing and international tax from consulting, academic lecturing and research. He has comprehensive knowledge in the field of design and implementation of TP policies and assists a number of European headquartered companies.
In the past 15 years, Peter has specialised in financial transactions and advises a number of fund managers, typically on their transactions in Europe as well as a number of European corporates.
Thorsten Schaus, Transfer Pricing Partner
Thorsten is a transfer pricing advisor based in Germany who specialises in the area of Financial Services (FS). He has more than 14 years of FS transfer pricing experience most recently as a Tax Partner and EMEA FS TP Leader at a Big 4 consultancy in Germany.
Prior to his Big 4 career, Thorsten was with a large German bank for over 7 years, giving him a strong client perspective in his work with banks, insurance companies, asset managers & real estate investors.
Dr. Manuel Koch, Transfer Pricing Partner
Manuel is a transfer pricing advisor based in Germany who has a strong international tax background (German Certified Tax Advisor & MBA in International Taxation). He has more than 20 years experience, advising German and foreign MNCs in transfer pricing, permanent establishment and other international tax issues.
Manuel joins Questro from a Boutique transfer pricing firm he co-founded following a Big 4 career. He also focuses on operational TP and implementation topics, including the integration of IT tools for TP management.
Chris Whitehouse, Transfer Pricing Partner
Chris is a chartered accountant by qualification with more than 20 years experience as a professional advisor. Having spent 19 years with Big 4 consultancy firms in the UK and Switzerland he left as an Associate Partner and joined Questro in Zurich in February 2019.
Specialising in transfer pricing in 2005 he brings vast experience in anaylsing and delivering on complex (and more routine) transfer pricing topics across the full spectrum of industries and the transfer pricing life cycle.
Luca Landini Bussei, Transfer Pricing Senior Associate
Luca is a transfer pricing advisor based in The Netherlands with several years of experience in transfer pricing consulting. He has significant experience in the pricing of financial transactions with a strong technical knowledge in quantitative market-data analysis.
Luca’s activity focusses on assisting real estate investment fund managers with investments in Europe or globally, from smaller loans to structured finance. Luca also assists clients with the design of transfer pricing policies for group financing structures as well as assists clients in Italy.
Ina Muller, Transfer Pricing Senior Associate
Ina is a transfer pricing advisor based in Stuttgart who has more than 10 years experience in transfer pricing.
During her career at the Big 4 and a Boutique transfer pricing firm she worked on a range of projects including global documentation projects, drafting and implementing APAs, design and implement headquarter service charge concepts, support clients in tax audits, design of group wide IP strategies, and valuation of business restructurings.
Jurgen Friedrich, Transfer Pricing Senior Manager
Jürgen is a transfer pricing advisor based in Germany with more than 8 years specialisation in transfer pricing. Whilst Jürgen works across all industry sectors, his particular focus lies in the area of Financial Services (FS), where he has a deep expertise.
Before joining Questro, Jürgen worked as a senior manager within the Big 4, with experience across a wide range of projects, including TP model design, implementation, documentation, business restructurings, and tax audits (including MAPs and arbitration procedures).
